Sunshine Village connects individuals with disabilities to local businesses across the community, helping them work independently in real-world job settings.
Each employee receives personalized, one-on-one job coaching to support success. Our coaches help with on-site training, assess workplace needs, and ensure the match benefits both the employee and the employer.
