Our Enclaves program enables businesses to scale up temporarily and supplement their existing workforce with a team of workers from Sunshine Village. We send trained, experienced individuals to worksites throughout the region. Accompanied by a team leader who is there to provide any additional instruction and support, our crew assists with packaging, sealing, inspections, palletizing and other jobs.
